      Safe environment. Low turnover. Steady work, though seasonal. Quality medical info. services

      Hospital only based ins. coverage. Low wage ceiling for techs and support.

      Changing health care creates some difficult changes

      Pros

      Excellent staff to work with both in therapy departments and throughout the hospitals.

      Cons

      Extremely poor office space for therapy staff at North NCH campus. Apparent lack of respect for extremely competent, necessary and what should be valued staff members. Lack of space to access computers away from general hospital floors which are becoming more and more dedicated to medical and case management staff. Therapy "office" with minimal space for computer access and lunch breaks too small to accommodate more than about half of the staff (large bathroom size).
