Cafeteria on site with lots of choices. Training is very thorough. People are super friendly and willing to help. Depending on the management, they are helpful with growth opportunities

Cons

Paid holidays comes from your hard earned PTO hours. So for mandatory holidays such as Christmas, you're forced to use 8 hours of your PTO hours.
