Love my staff, they are engaged and dedicated to their patients, good collaborative relationship with physicians

Cons

Current upper administration / nursing administration is an “old boys club” . Most recently appointed ACNO got position despite better applicants since her mentor is also ACNO. It is evident she was “groomed” / guarenteed the position when she applied. It’s unfortunate since she spent time as a manager, as a director and now as ACNO in making herself look good even if she needed to make others look bad to accomplish making herself look good.
