Wonderful people to work with, lots of opportunity.

Cons

Total lack of communication from management. No one knows what office is going to be where from day to day. There seems to be no loyalty to employees who have been with NCH for several years. Pay is no where near competitive.

Pros

Was a Pathways designated hospital, but lost re-designation even with second try. Was on the Magnet journey. Not sure anymore. Beautiful location to live off season.

Cons

Unable to meet nurses' basic expectations for renewing Pathways. High cost of housing and impressive traffic, without compensation compared to other States.
