Flexible hours for part-time instructors. Good team of mid-level managers and great peer network. Decent environment.

Cons

No benefits or pay increases for instructors. Reviews are very strange and disjointed. Not much upper management visibility or contact. It is a hospital so there are many "rules" but understandable in most cases. Flu shots are mandatory for all employees.

Great Hospital, employees, working conditions Wonderful doctors . Close to home fir any shift needed. Love this company, insurance and pension .

Cons

Corporate rules, really no cons I love this company!!! The only con could be insecure personnel, job security. As we know everyone is replaceable. Some people are ore worried then others.
