      Pros

      Clean working environment. Naples is a beautiful place to live if you can handle serious conservatives.

      Cons

      Left when CEO was getting $100,000 bonus. Last nurse raise in my department was 60 cents for a complete 3 year period.

      A lot of caring, professional co-workers, especially the nurses! Mostly very friendly and helpful team players!

      Cons

      Terribly understaffed in a high growth community, they never really improve working conditions and pay is far to low - not competitive!
