      Great people to work with. Other employees were fab. Very supportive.

      Management was awful. They were not supportive to anyone but other managers.

      NCH is the largest private employer in town. The organization's reputation is better than the other hospitals in town.

      Pay is lower than average and staffing levels are really low. Management is outsourcing all departments except direct patient care.

      The dedicated employees who work hard day to day give unselfishly.

      Cons

      The consistent way the company takes away money from employees. Over charging in food insurance and dictating when to take vacation.
