CULTURE! I feel like I am working with my teammates/family, and not just co-workers. Also, I find what we do at NCSA to be a very rewarding experience. Not everyone can say they are helping make a difference in someone's life every day.

Cons

It's a growing company! There a pros and cons to working for a growing company, but you need to be prepped for the growing pains. Change is inevitable and if you aren't able to adapt to change NCSA is not the place to work.

The culture here at NCSA is work hard play hard! We believe that Together Everyone Achieves More! There's about 97% of the team members that work at NCSA that either played collegiate sports, coached or did both. We come from a competitve spirit and it resonates throughout the entire company. No matter what division of the company you work in we all are working toward the same goal...success of the company. Since we are the trailblazers within our industry, we LOVE to acknowledge and celebrate individual, departmental, and company successes. Therefore, there is always great events, parties, in-office happy hours, etc going on to pat ourselves on the back.

Cons

NCSA's con is that we have a culture of work hard play hard. It's a blessing and a curse. Sometimes, we can get so focused in changing lives and having fun that we don't know when to turn off. When you're happy about what you do, can have fun doing it, and make friends along the way. There's really nothing more you can ask for.

NCSA has a great culture! We get free lunch once a month, wellness reimbursement program is amazing, family insurance plans are affordable, goal parties, relaxed dress code, and flexible hours! The work itself and the coworkers are a ton of fun! Overall its been a great experience and I'm happy to be working at NCSA!

Cons

No cons - overall I'm very pleased.
