NDS was a great place to be, Culture was informal and cool. It is flexible company - with managers usually understand the employees Lot of interesting work if u are at the right place
Cons
It is growing too fast, New hires at higher levels changing the character of the company and not in a nice way. too much politics bad and boring work if u are not in the right team.
