Pros

Salary is good. Facilities like pantry, cafeteria are good. Transportation is good. if you are not into integration, you may enjoy a lot. technical knowledge is not at all required if you are good at speaking.

Cons

no technical growth. minimum 2 years if you are here, then forget that you will ever be able to go anywhere else. politics is more and of good quality. you will never be able to understand you are a victim. deserving candidates wont get the work they deserve - in fact 90% of the work done here is junk.

Cons

Top management is vague. Doesn't have clarity on what they want to do. Changes decisions frequently. Vocal managers are promoted first. Work is not challenging. They use stone age technologies. Promotions are not fair. Crying babies get milk
