good place to work nice benefits to employess perks are good friendly environment flexible work hours and can balance between work and personal life

Cons

senior management doesnt recognise the employee contribution there is no motivation from the managers , so people who are self motivated, this is a nice place to work salary correction is not taken care by HR

NDS is one of the decent paying companies in Bangalore. The work pressure is not much when compared to other companies in the same domain. Good company to settle down.

Cons

The work as such in NDS is not challenging enough for ambitious software engineer. Middle management is not competent enough to drive the workforce.
