Great culture and a management team that really listens and does their best to improve where improvement is needed. We have the ability to work from home and there is no pressure in going back into the office once the pandemic has subsided. Responsive and communicative upper management (a company where the CEO knows everyone's name). There is room for growth and growth is encouraged. Great incentives and rewards!

Cons

Not the place to be if you can't handle deadlines and a fast paced work environment.

Cons

Management plays favorites and makes decisions based on closed-door meetings. They also have a very polarizing company culture. Prefer to outsource or hire from outside instead of promoting within.
