Pros

Perks you get from working on different consumer product

Cons

Incumbent self promoting management misrepresent talented employees just to fire them. Constant harassment for none existing fault in order to gain authority. Suicide career, family and ultimately self esteem. One should realize the company's operation philosophy when it spends all the cash in share buy back instead of R&D
