Pros

Back office support on the day to day activity is good. The staff is supportive and responsive and goes out of their way to assist.

Cons

Management support lacking. Dealing with management is more than frustrating. They often turn their backs on the reps and don't want to listen.

Cons

Terrible pay. Do not expect an annual increase more than 3%. A lot of turnover.

Pay was decent, and decent office.

Cons

This company was a nightmare, the people are cold and self-absorbed. It's very much a good ole boy network. Honestly I think it's the nature of the business but they just feel like an overly conservative, super fake.
