      None.. One of the worst workplace environment I have seen..

      Cons

      Underpaid... Employees are not valued.. High Turnover, lack of growth.. Spend 50% of time training new employees who won't be around in 2 months

      Pros

      This company provided both seasonal activities (Thanksgiving Meal, Christmas Party), charitable activities (Toy Drive, Pet Donations, etc.), and "just for fun" activities (Bake Off, Nerd Day, Chili Bake Off, etc.) in an attempt to draw its workers closer. Awards are given in an attempt to recognize above average work. I truly believe good intentions are there.

      Cons

      Management refuses to recognize when the is a true problem between workers and leaders. This is especially true concerning intervention involving HR. The salary rate is lower than other companies but is made up for to some extent by some of the benefit offerings. At one time I would have highly recommended this co. for employment but not at this time.

      a small percentage of independent registered reps are out of control by threatening staff for doing their job according to policy. Magagment knows about the bad reps but ignore. Back office staff are expendable
