Pros

Company growing so fast that if do your work right you will be growing very fast with them! It's a great place for you to shine.

Cons

Even if you have a Director title you still have to do shift and alone. As a director you are not actually being a manager during your shift you are doing the exact same thing as concierge

Pros

Flexible hours for my particular position (I was an events coordinator at a 55+ housing complex) and I was able to make my own schedule for the week and work on-site at the clubhouse of the complex. Not bombarded by responsibilities at all - never felt overwhelmed.

Cons

Pay was good, but I was looking for full-time work instead of part-time, so that put a damper on the pay.

Pros

easy work. but sometimes they try to stick you to do attending which makes you lose money instead.

Cons

not always organized quality of locations vary. pay attention to schedule and pay. have to learn to hustle in the company.
