Pros

Decent benefits and wage. The company recognises and rewards hard work. Exciting, young and fast-growing company to work for.

Cons

Often you have to work with young employees that do not necessarily care about their job as much, and will sometimes have to work extra hours to cover.

Pros

I look forward to coming to work every day. My co-workers here are a wonderful group of people to work with., very pleasant and respectful.

Cons

The potential to grow within is very limited. The Vacation, Personal and Sick Leave that is accrued throughout the year cannot be carried over to the following year. All of it has to be used before the end of the year or you lose it. I do not think that is fair.

Pros

Great company, made a lot of money working as a contractor. They gave you room to grow, you just have to work your way to the top. They give you the necessary tools to build your service, and you have all kinds of great perks. It's a big family.

Cons

A tad bit hierarchal and rather too corporate for my taste. The pay is fair – nothing out of the ordinary that stands out.
