Pros

Great company, made a lot of money working as a contractor. They gave you room to grow, you just have to work your way to the top. They give you the necessary tools to build your service, and you have all kinds of great perks. It's a big family.

Cons

A tad bit hierarchal and rather too corporate for my taste. The pay is fair – nothing out of the ordinary that stands out.

Pros

NFC provides a flexible schedule and they are willing to work around your schedule. It is a great job for college students.

Cons

Your schedule can change at any time. The pay is very low for what is required of you. They keep you at PT hour to avoid offering benefits
