Pros

nfc has great "5 diamond training." the training is good in THEORY. but if the training is not followed through with every month it fades amongst the employees.

Cons

I have been a concierge at hotels for 15 years and I have been pain up to $18 per hour worked. NFC offered me $10 per hour. I told them that i wanted a raise or i was leaving. They offered me $11 per hour. Nfc doesn't care about their employees. They are worried about your loyalty to them and not vice versa. nfc doesn't care about you. and if you make one wrong move they will fire you.

Pros

They'll hire just about anybody, so apply if you're desperate and low on options

Cons

Due to lack of screening and training you may get a good boss and fairly good team, but that's not highly likely Also while working at properties there may not be security so it you get hurt at the job prepare yourself to receive below bare minimum compensation for any incidents

Pros

There are several sites around the east coast so if you need to move you may be able to keep your job and transfer locations. Also, the overnight shifts are not so bad because the buildings are usually quiet so if you are a student you will have a few hours to do homework.

Cons

It seems like we are constantly short staffed. Good luck using your PTO because it is hard finding anyone who can cover a shift especially since overtime is usually never allowed. You are also expected to find your own coverage.
