Pros

Learned a lot on how to deal with certain PR potential nightmares as well as learn the behind the scenes of such a huge organization. Loved working Sundays and felt I learned a tremendous amount.

Cons

The low pay was a little disappointing, but not that big of a deal. Biggest con was it felt like any time I went over 25 hours a week it was an issue and probably why they terminated me after the regular season. Felt I did a lot but it was more of a fill in job until my services weren't needed as much. So once it hit that point, it was done.

Pros

Very strong talent across the board. People love the sport and are very proud of the brand.

Cons

Your experience can be greatly affected by a very small group of people so job satisfaction can vary widely, even among those on the same team.
