Pros

Work environment, co-workers, and projects you get to work on.

Cons

Hours can vary dramatically, management isn't always sure what you are doing so they can overload you, and there aren't a great deal of AVIDs so there is fighting over work space.

Pros

- Competitive pay - Great culture - Diversity driven - Brand recognition

Cons

The only con thus far is that their process isn't as mature as you would expect. However they are committed to improving and feedback.

Pros

Great work experience. Learned so much from all producers. I would do it 10 times out of 10.

Cons

Low pay. Have to leave the company after six months. Difficult moving up process.
