Pros

Great teamwork ethic pervades the workplace. Lots of talented individuals working together and supporting each other to be successful. A dynamic creative atmosphere. Cutting-edge technology being continually tested and deployed, so lots of learning opportunities with excellent tools, software, etc.

Cons

Efficiency issues in personnel management and equipment allocation. Heavy bureaucracy often undercut success of stated production goals and deadlines, particularly in the post-production arena. Unwillingness to hire full-time staff where needs indicated seriously undercut efficiencies.
