Pros

The majority of the legacy employees are top notch talented individuals Interesting high-profile projects Brand recognition

Cons

Majority of interesting work gets outsourced Don't expect to get any tickets to games, although you do get a Super Bowl ticket as a paperweight Cronyism gone wild with incoming MySpace employees Little to no advancement opportunity for anyone outside of the Product team

Pros

Very friendly, supportive environment. The people are very respectful and very fun! Plus, there are the freebies...

Cons

It's not as glamorous as you may think-- it IS work, and sometimes it is very fast-paced.
