      Pros

      Some of the best people in the industry. You are surrounded by hardworking, smart people. Its great to be working with people who are passionate about what they do on a day to day basis.

      Cons

      Not really a con but there are high expectations and a LOT of work... Luckily it can be very rewarding.

      Pros

      Work was remote. My managers were communicative and friendly. Work was straightforward.

      Cons

      Pay was low and no options for upward mobility or other positions within the company. Very much a part time job. Never really felt part of what was going on within the company.
