Learned an incredible amount coming out of audit; met extremely smart people here.

Cons

The accounting / finance teams could be very results focused (which is great, and indicates effectiveness / efficiency), but sometimes at the expense of being human or employee focused.

Pros

-Work in a great environment surrounded by people who genuinely want to see you succeed -Work with some of the best instructors in the industry -Beginner friendly. Whether you have experience or not, everyone will be on the same page by the second week -Create an awesome show by putting together the skills learned during the program with your team -Opportunity to expand connections with people in the industry

Cons

-The program was two weeks long which unfortunately flies by, but still an incredible learning experience
