Pros

* Comprehensive if not the most affordable benefits package starts day 1 despite 90 day probationary period * People know what the company does whether they like how it operates or not and that's a nice conversation starter

Cons

* No roadmap * Organizational structure setup to keep people divided and competing against each other as opposed to working as a team (Me before we) * Severly under qualified people in key positions such as HR, and at the VP level * No new ideas are good ideas * Where talent goes to die or be tortured
