I just started so cannot say too much at this time however, thus far everyone has been very helpful and welcoming. There is definitely a team atmosphere here and everyone seems very happy to help the new hire. Everyone seems happy to be here as I walk around the office which provides a positive environment to work in.

Cons

I do not have any cons to report as this time. I am excited to move further with my career at NFM, Inc.

Pros

I don't have to think about compliance at all. Mynfm.com is awesome and so are the people who create all of the flyers and marketing pieces.

Cons

Corporate is far away and I don't get to go there and meet everyone and see our main office.

Employees are the best, this is truly a team environment. Management and the Executive Team are always available! I also love that we volunteer almost monthly and the amount of employees that participate is very impressive!

Cons

The Industry, it goes up and down.
