Pros

Great team to work with

Cons

Pay is not competitive at all and they have a hard time getting you the pay you deserve. No matter your tenure.

Pros

There are no good reasons to work here unless you are currently unemployed and are looking for a job and have no plans to stay with them for too long. If you choose to stay, plan on no future promotion abilities, Management does nothing to develop their staff, and there is a frightening lack of diversity and inclusion. There is no bereavement time, so leave your vacation time intact so you can prepare for when tragedy strikes. There is no training department to onboard new hires.

Cons

The Management team was hateful, manipulative, and condescending. Promotions to management are given not based off of merit, but strictly a fraternizing game of who kisses up the most.

Pros

The atmosphere is very laid back. Fully paid benefits. Flexible schedule. A lot of talented young individuals.

Cons

Pay is a little on the low end but when combined with the benefits, total compensation is close to the industry average for my field. New ideas and disruption is encouraged but hardly implemented. There is a little disconnect between ops and the dev team but there is no tension or drama- just misunderstandings of the others roles. Lack of communication across the portal and from corporate.
