Pros

100% paid medical and dental for employee and dependents. Holiday bonus program. Employee stock purchase program. Great 401k match. Flexible time off. Always busy, never bored.

Cons

Must be willing to be nimble and quickly change focus. At times, workload requires extra hours. Customers are very demanding at times. Takes someone who isn't afraid to go the extra mile in order to succeed.
