Pros

- The position comes with the usual perks of working at a tech company: free snacks, fun company events, nice downtown location

Cons

- Little room for promotion unless there is a "flight risk" or you're senior in the industry - Sense of micromanaging high - High risk of burnout - agile method equals an unsustainable pace, and it doesn't feel like management appreciates or understands the hard work of employees

Pros

Fantastic benefits and people to work with. Cares about the community and has competitive pay rates.

Cons

Not enough collaboration across teams, the same (or very similar) product can be built by multiple teams; lots of overlap despite some emphasis on sharing enterprise platforms. Very little information is shared to know what other teams are doing.

Pros

PTO and benefits are amazing. Managers are understanding and helpful. Workplace culture is great. Great place to learn and grow, very supportive.

Cons

Working with State Agencies can be difficult at times. Somewhat slow to moving to newer technologies.
