Pros

The atmosphere is very laid back. Fully paid benefits. Flexible schedule. A lot of talented young individuals.

Cons

Pay is a little on the low end but when combined with the benefits, total compensation is close to the industry average for my field. New ideas and disruption is encouraged but hardly implemented. There is a little disconnect between ops and the dev team but there is no tension or drama- just misunderstandings of the others roles. Lack of communication across the portal and from corporate.

Pros

CEO is driven to provide quality service to clients and a great place to work for employees. The benefits are exceptional.

Cons

Offices are based in cities in which NIC holds longterm contracts and if a contract is lost the office location will close. Thankfully this is very rare as states see the value in the services NIC provides.

Flexible Management and Schedules Interesting Enviornment/Business Good Benefits - Health/Dental 100% paid for (including your family) Family Feel Challenging/Exciting Company

Cons

Challenging Growth Pay is average/slightly below for lower levels No performance incentive bonus for vast majority of employees
