You're actually improving government communications and interactions for citizens in your state! Benefits - Unmatched group healthcare plan! Diversity - Employees have a broad range of backgrounds and professional goals. It's truly a diverse work environment! Progressive - Folks generally love to adopt or promote new technology and ideas.

Cons

We lack a strong, unified project management process and tool Feel a little removed from the energy of the corporate office (this could be a pro, too)

Good leadership in IT Benefits are excellent (you don't have to pay for them) Very flexible on working from home as needed Family-focused company Excellent Halloween company parties

Cons

Few opportunities for advancement Average pay, but the benefits help with that Lots of re-organization of teams on a regular basis Lack of communication
