      MANAGERS ARE TRASH!!! Doesn't care about mental health 1. Will only work with your schedule only if you're well-liked/kiss Azz 2. Will be part-time making you work full-time hours 3. Part-timers do more/ know more than half the manager 4. High-school drama that the managers also take place in 5. If you're a good worker they will take advantage of you

      Pros

      Good benefits, discounts, working with best in the business, great opportunity to stretch your skills. Can be a fun environment if you’re in the right dept. The name on your resume will definitely open doors.

      Cons

      Pay below industry standard, people work at super capacity (far and above their titles) but very little promotion from within until you are Director+ (they want best of the best so it’s a feather in their cap to catch a external hire). Budgets are constantly cut second half, which leads to a resource-scarce mentality. Burnout is real.
