Pros

Work from home, pay was great

Cons

Joe was very overbearing, called at odd times when I wasn't on duty. I was on maternity leave, but Joe demanded I come in to do mandatory training! I had a new born baby and was breast feeding! It was very inconsiderate! Also while on maternity leave was told someone would have to come to my home for additional training. It's called maternity leave for a reason I should not have to be called in! Also plays favorites, gives positions to people who do not deserve them. Also we were told to Skype management anytime we had to use restroom and tell them how long restroom breaks are. You are not allowed to use restroom first four hours of shift.

Pros

Free soup and coffee. All the incentives to stay were removed. No more pension.

Cons

Micromanaging, bullying, constant monitoring. They have implementing redundant procedures that do not work and then blame the people who can't get it done. They are understaffed because when people leave they are hardly replaced and the people.

Pros

Benefits, in the last 2 years they are dwindling away at what they cover, so the healthcare options now are not as great as they were a few years ago. Free soup daily. 401k Coworkers are really nice and supportive, if you can find time to actually talk to them between calls.

Cons

Personal lines dept is micromanaged to death. they bring you in with the promise of growth and the salaries but there's no growth here. It's internal but there's a lot of neoptism that goes on there. Supervisor says one thing and another supervisor says something else, you don't know what is the best way to conduct yourself during calls. If you have a mental illness, be sure to be protected under ADA/FMLA because they do not care about you or your illness, you're one breakdown away from losing your job. You're in a "team" but most of the time it feels lonely and like you're ostracized from the group. Save yourself and run away from this place.
