      Pros

      Medical staff were caring and compassionate

      Cons

      Very hostile toward few blacks there. Racist and watch them treat a black nurse practitioner very bad she left or was fired. Rehab floor need new management very clickish with staff. Suggest you make them go back to school for more training. No room for improvement or advance especially if you are a person of color.

      It used to be a supportive environment, less so now.

      Cons

      They do not support nurses. They do not pay well and offer no bonuses. They limit overtime and keep their nurses at max ratios. It used to be a great place to work but not any more.
