Pros

Lots of good people to work with, many were exceptional. Generally friendly atmosphere, clean environment. Probably the best hospital cafeteria around.

Cons

A few people could really make life hard for others. Certain departments acted as though they were autonomous from the rest of the hospital and expected everyone else to do things their way.

Great place to work with lots of outstanding co-workers. Management really seemed to care about their employees. CEO has a town meeting to hear from employees

Staff are wonderful, knowledgeable and work well together. Bonus money available

Cons

Your Xmas bonus is 3 movie tickets.no money They have a point system so if u r 1 min. Late u get one. 8 pts and u r gone! No recognition. Not enough staff, high ratios!!! I had 17 patients all on my own at 1 time, was told not to give baths.
