Pros

Great people from a friendship and relationship standpoint, flexible schedule, nice office, decent location with a number of places to eat lunch, one of the bigger names in the entertainment industry.

Cons

The great people and flexible schedule depend completely on what department you work in and who you work. Some partners are great to work for, others are a complete nightmare. Generally speaking, the tone at the top has a ton of room for improvement.

Pros

The firm handles the best clients in the entertainment space and has a great resource and network of vendors for their clients.

Cons

The firm has grown too fast and management varies by person (i.e. there are no core values of the firm). The firm relies on taking complete advantage of employees who do a majority of the work and hiding them in layers of "management". Great work is often recognized at the top.

Great work location, plenty of restaurants in Westwood, very close to the freeway. Decent benefits and there are plenty of activities such as ice cream socials, bowling nights, etc The job is really what you make and what you give to it

Cons

Unfortunately, the favoritism statements are true. Your success is directly linked to the partner you work for. Additionally lots of gossiping (worst than go school) Several employees (at all levels) are completely unqualified for their position. Makes it almost exhausting to work with some people. The politics are kind of depressing
