Good at misleading people to work for a person who was probably the worst “executive” I have ever encountered.

Cons

Communicating what “exactly” they are looking for. No problem destroying other people’s futures for their own personal gain. Can easily let people go because they don’t know how to give direction on what exactly they are looking for in an Assistant.

Job security is key due to high demand, low employee pool and high net worth clients with long-lasting relationships, long term employment for those who make it through and tough it out long term.

Cons

If experienced all goes well (no training provided) therefore if you have a great background it’ll work well for you and the team
