Pros

-You can get a lot of great experience if you want it -A lot of the people you work WITH are great

Cons

-No strategic vision/goals for the firm; Doesn't act proactively -Opts for high-turnover, "burn and churn" employment philosophy -Rampant favoritism/nepotism -Ditto all points made by others in 1-2 star 2016 reviews

Pros

Supportive boss, good team, valued work. Paid well.

Cons

A completely toxic environment trickled down from the top. Nepotism runs wild and inept employees are protected. The worst turnover I've ever seen, affecting the service the firm can provide it's clients. A ticking time bomb of suck.

Pros

very busy tax dept, a lot of repetitive work, tons of simple 1040s and small 1120 returns. No research required, merely inputting to tax software. Job security with many clients. To be partner, don't need any book of business, just a good attitude for biz mgmt. partners, so no marketing required.

Cons

Leadership in tax is lacking, certain partners work remote because of long drive so office guidance is non-existent. Not a great learning environment, partners take all the projects and credit. A lot of internal politics, partners not a cohesive team.
