Pros

Your whole experience is only as good as the team you’re in. But basically you just go in to work and just work like cows. Used to have hybrid but too many policies in place including no phones

Cons

Partners do not care Overworked and underpaid No raises No flexibility You’re just a number No culture Incredibly high turnover Work overload with little reward

Pros

You will gain enough experience to use somewhere else.

Cons

This company shows little to no regard for its employees. Even their top performers go unappreciated, and no one is truly secure in their position. There’s no room for compromise, it's always "their way or the highway." They’d rather terminate employees than make even the smallest accommodations. Management is disorganized and unapproachable. It’s no surprise this company has one of the highest turnover rates in the industry. Though they have defined position levels, they rarely follow them. Employees are routinely expected to take on responsibilities beyond their job descriptions, without proper compensation or promotion.. as long as you’re willing to tolerate it. This job will take a toll on both your physical and mental health. While they promote mental health initiatives like seminars, it feels hypocritical when they penalize employees for taking time off to actually care for themselves. The HR department is ineffective and primarily serves to protect upper management. It’s a closed circle! Tight-knit and unwelcoming to anyone outside of it. The work itself isn’t difficult; the real problem lies with the toxic culture created by poor leadership. I’ve witnessed countless colleagues develop health issues directly related to the intense stress fostered by management. While there are a few decent managers, they are rare and even those can only shield you for so long before the environment gets to you. The company doesn’t compensate nearly enough for the emotional and physical toll it takes. Their token gestures; summer events and monthly birthday celebrations - do little to offset the damage. If you value your well being, this is not the place for you. There is something better out there. Don’t settle.
