Where to begin... you are nothing more than a number to this company. The managers continue to implement practices that are dated and not with the times... example, they recently started to patrol to see if you had your phone on your desk. Not using your phone... just having it out was enough for you to get written up. Talk about micromanagement... In addition the structure of organization just does not exist. A direct could tell you one thing, another supervisor will say the opposite.... I guess a structure of disorganization more than anything. If you want to learn and grow, this is not the place to do it. Managers are incredibly paranoid and almost try to keep you from growing. This not only translates to opportunity but pay as well. The pay is abysmal.
