Work schedule is nice. You get every friday off.

Cons

Training is horrible. That was my biggest issue. Some of the people I met here are nice. Some managers are not friendly. Pay is decent. The firm does not practice GAAP. They complete compliance audits which is extremely different than Accounting. I would not recommend this job as an entry job if you are looking for Accounting experience.

great place to learn on your own because there is ZERO guidance, and partners are very hostile and bad tempered.

Cons

I was interested in business mgmt, and audit or tax. Audit had terrible leadership, and i also witnessed tax partners spreading negative comments about staff when the couple ladies are very hot and cold! MOSTLY FRIGID.

Good at misleading people to work for a person who was probably the worst “executive” I have ever encountered.

Cons

Communicating what “exactly” they are looking for. No problem destroying other people’s futures for their own personal gain. Can easily let people go because they don’t know how to give direction on what exactly they are looking for in an Assistant.
