      They hire with no experience. Get your experience and get out.

      -underpaid, overworked, and understaffed -never received any 401k benefits and small/no bonus. -poor leadership, they will talk down to you

      They work you like a work horse. There’s no work life balance. Management is hostile. And they beg for 5 star reviews.

      Depressing and miserable

      Pros

      I got free concert tickets a couple of times and saw a few celebs. Good location and lots of food options nearby.

      Cons

      Poor management, HR is incompetent. Some of the partners are terrible to work for and will yell at you and treat you badly. Lots of favoritism and nepotism. Some employees get away with murder because of who they know in the company. Others will lose their job for no good reason. They also lie about what they pay for certain positions so they can pay you less. LOTS of turnover with both accountants/executives and assistants. Depressing environment where everyone is miserable. The part of the office the clients see is nice, but where the employees are is bleak.
