      Pros

      Good clients, no micro-managing, flexible schedule

      Cons

      Poor leadership and no management. Very difficult to get guidance. Mean-spirited partner bad mouths everyone from staff to fellow partners lowers morale. Worked with another person who clearly is mentally unstable and goofy. No room to move up. Most staff left for better opportunities.

      Pros

      Awesome place to learn things like a sponge. If you put in the time you can make this into something great in the long run. Most employees are around the same age so we all deal with similar issues in regards to the workloads.

      Cons

      The upper management and partners, especially founders think it's okay to pay wages that are not survivable. They are completely lost and oblivious to the word "inflation" and pay wages competitively to the year 2008. This is definitely not the best business management firm in the country it is at "best" a bridge to get to a firm that will pay you a fair wage. There were people working 2 jobs on top of this one to be able to pay rent.

      Pros

      -Plenty of talented people here to learn from. -Accepts people newer to an accounting career. -Opportunites to practice learning to be sufficient in your workload. -Chances to really apply and grow your accounting knowledge if your manager lets you work on such projects.

      Cons

      -Certain people in management/partners get extremely nasty. -Raises will not come to you or be very low as an AAE. -Workload can be intense. You’ll have to do overtime but partners get frustrated by you charging minutes. -Almost all desks are overworked/understaffed. -No real advancement opportunites unless someone leaves the firm. -New HR team they hired is completely tone-deaf and not helpful. -Compensation is low compared to other competitors. -Training is very subpar.
