      Under the right team (audit or business management), this can be a great job. There are a lot of smart people to learn from here.

      Cons

      If you're planning on thriving in accounting, you won't get much experience in financial audits.

      Strong problems with management

      Pros

      Nicely decorated office, generally a decent atmosphere. Partners seem nice for the most part.

      Cons

      The problems lie within individual teams and their management. While not every manager in EVERY department is a problem, there are definitely a lot of problems with those above throughout the different departments in the company. A lot of favoritism.
