      Depressing and miserable

      Pros

      I got free concert tickets a couple of times and saw a few celebs. Good location and lots of food options nearby.

      Cons

      Poor management, HR is incompetent. Some of the partners are terrible to work for and will yell at you and treat you badly. Lots of favoritism and nepotism. Some employees get away with murder because of who they know in the company. Others will lose their job for no good reason. They also lie about what they pay for certain positions so they can pay you less. LOTS of turnover with both accountants/executives and assistants. Depressing environment where everyone is miserable. The part of the office the clients see is nice, but where the employees are is bleak.

      Good Company with a Few Bad Apples

      Pros

      A very large company with a lot of friendly people working for it. The Partners are very knowledgeable about their crafts and are more than willing to bend over backwards for the clients. They are also very nice people. Most of the work is done in teams and there is a fair distribution of work between the team members. A very responsive IT Department and the Document Archive system is a great system that I would imagine other companies would appreciate and like to use. Overall a good place to work just be careful of who you work with and work for.

      Cons

      Your success within the company entirely depends on the team that you work on. If you are placed on a bad team with a bad Account Executive or a bad Business Management Supervisor then you just have to try and weather the storm. Unfortunately even if you have a bad supervisor or supervisors and you have proof they are creating a stressful work environment HR can only do so much. If the manager is a tenured employee or someone who just has more seniority​ than you they can't really do much to help you. In fact even if work performance is directly impacted by a stressful work environment then you still could be out of luck.
