The 401k is great, the hours and overtime are definitely there. It’s a great job to gain experience from.

Cons

They claim safety is a concern but still skip on or justify unsafe practices in the melt shop. The home work life balance is sometimes ok. It’s not consistent. The bonuses definitely lack compared to other mills.
