      It feels like this review was done just prior to correcting some of the 'cons' listed. For example, in 2022 we paid multiple bonuses to hourly employees and engaged on a path to listen more and engage our workforce to a new level. We have a platform to get ideas from employees, to reward employees for those ideas and have had a lot of success in doing so.
