Although I am fairly new to my position at NLMK-USA, I have worked in the steel manufacturing business for 12+ years. I find our upper management to be astute visionaries as their work is central to our business' future growth and development. I find our employees, both in the office and in operations, have pride in their work and strive for perfection. Our company actively shares a community-wide social responsibility by identifying & participating in areas for our needy.
