Company that gives you many responsibilities and visibility with top management Sometimes these responsibilities can be huge but that helps to grow quickly

Cons

A bad side, since level of reliability is low and that the company is in a transition phase, many working hours sometime more than 50h per week. Another issue are negotiations with Unions
